Report at the end of year

This office is no longer seen like an office.
now it's appear so disorganized,the roof is repaired carpenters is too busy beating a hammer to cupboards that is not longer used.
all of it add more bad atmosphere in my day that already bad from the beginning.
I do not understand why other worker can ignore the inconvenience, all of them looked so busy with stacked files that almost cover their faces.

end of the year .. everyone busy making their jobs report .. I ask to myself... where are they all of this year.. why they not making their monthly reports, why they not keep their work neatly... what they do during this year ...
should I understand management performance who cut the salaries of employees?? they reduce the employees salary nearly 30%

when I have a job, I do with all my heart, sincere and perfect
at the end I could only smile and try understand what happened in my office

my first "Blog"

Hi.. all..
this is my first blogg, actually i already know about blogging about 3 years ago.
littel bit regret why ijust try it now. why not 3 years ago when i know it. humm but no time to say "regret" i'll start to enjoy blogging life ^_^.

• first.. i think its just wasting time but when i try it (my friend ask me to see her blogg) humm its nice.
• then i just forget about blogging. but to day my friends asked me to see her blogg and ask me to make one. (sorry boss i steal a few hours in working time) its really fun..
• humm i try to write my blog in english, so i can practice my english, and i hope everyone who read this blogg can give me an advice. i realized my english is not that good
• waiting your comment and advice (about my blogg, my english.. and up 2 you...) hope i can learn my english with everyone and become a better person... amin
